CLI Spring Fling

The first show for CLI 2009 show season in beautiful Ocala, FL!

March 18-22, 2009 at the Ocala Equestrian Center.

Fun show for everyone, horses and riders did great. The saturday night Grand Prix Gala and after party along with the party bus were a success!

Hometown: Orange Park, FL

19 years old, Sophomore at UNF - English major

Riding and showing for about 7 years
Competing in the Jr/Ao Jumpers and Mini Prix (PSJ winter series + City League)

MY HORSE: Distant Thunder
12 yr old thoroughbred gelding

Have owned him for 4 years, bought as a 3'6" Equitation horse and ended up as a Junior Jumper

Recently competed in Jacksonville, FL winter series and PSJ winter series
Won Open Mini Prix at PSJ week 1
Placed 4th at City League Mini Prix

Our goal: City League Grand Prix

Had colic surgery in Spring '08 and leg injury in Summer '08, but full recovery and now working up to Grand Prix level.
